Kooks Long Tube Headers and Mid Pipes are designed to elevate performance, sound, and efficiency for vehicles equipped with 5.7L Hemi engines. Available in 1 3/4" or 1 7/8" primaries, these headers are TIG-welded from aircraft-grade 304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubes and integrated venturi merge spikes for improved scavenging and reduced collector turbulence. Each primary is one continuous tube, maximizing strength and flow, with O2 bungs welded in for easy installation.

Paired with Kooks 3" mid-pipes—either Race Catted or Ultra High Performance GREEN Catted with GREENCATS—this system provides high-flow exhaust performance while maintaining OEM exhaust outlet compatibility. All necessary hardware, gaskets, and Stage 8 locking bolts are included for a straightforward installation. While these headers are engineered to enhance horsepower, torque, and exhaust tone, they are not CARB-compliant and are not legal for use on licensed vehicles in California.
