The JLT Performance Cold Air Intake System is engineered for drivers who demand more power, cooler airflow, and an aggressive induction tone—without tuning. Redesigned for maximum performance, the Series II intake features a fully roto-molded airbox that draws cool air from the grille and headlight area while sealing to the hood to block engine heat.

Its massive 5" air filter opening and smooth, roto-molded plastic intake tube ensure superior airflow and eliminate heat soak compared to metal designs. The system uses a custom-built S&B Powerstack air filter with deep 1" pleats and a built-in bellmouth for optimal airflow and filtration. Typical dyno results show gains of 10–15 rear-wheel horsepower and torque, enhancing both throttle response and mid-range pull.

This intake includes all premium components—silicone coupler, HD clamps, rubber elbow, and a precision-fit heat shield—for a factory-quality installation. With CARB EO D-590-38 certification, it’s fully street legal across all 50 states, offering reliable performance with no tuning required.
