The JLT Performance Cold Air Intake System transforms the breathing power of your 6.4L 392 Hemi engine with dyno-proven results and a bold, aggressive sound—no tuning required. Redesigned for maximum performance, the Series II system uses a fully roto-molded airbox that pulls cool air from the grille and headlight area while sealing to the hood to block engine heat.

A massive 5" inlet and 4" throttle body outlet ensure unrestricted airflow for faster response and improved mid-range torque. The custom-built S&B Powerstack air filter features deep 1" pleats and a smooth bellmouth for exceptional filtration and flow. Constructed from heat-resistant crosslink plastic, the intake tube eliminates heat soak while maintaining a factory-quality fit and appearance.

Typical dyno results show gains of 10–15 RWHP and torque on stock setups, and up to 18–20 RWHP with performance upgrades such as a cam or headers. With CARB EO D-590-38 certification, this intake is fully street legal across all 50 states—delivering reliable performance and impressive sound without the need for tuning.
