This stage 2 air intake system uses a 3-1/2 diameter black powder-coated aluminum tube for the intake tract, a massive 5-1/2 Pro 5R air filter. The simple snap-in housing utilizes the factory lower air box for an easy installation. The 3-angle adaptor is used to speed up the air flow after the air filter for improved performance and throttle response. All of these combined produces 18 max horsepower, 23lbs. x ft. torque and out-flowed the factory intake by 27%. This intake utilizes a huge, 5-1/2" oval conical Pro 5R performance air filter with inverted top for maximum flow. This 5-layer progressive, oiled cotton gauze air filter provides maximum flow for increased horsepower and torque. AFE developed this heat shield to snap onto the top of the lower half of the factory air box to provide a hassle-free installation utilizing factory mounting locations.The 3-angle adaptor is used to speed up the air flow after the air filter for improved performance and throttle response. This intake replaces the factory intake box and uses the factory inlet tube. All hardware and components are included for a hassle-free installation.
