The 1/4" thick steel Track Bar brackets are designed for welding to the frame, providing a secure and fail-safe method to relocate the track bars for proper suspension geometry.
The coilovers feature remote reservoirs that improve shock cooling and performance during extended off-road excursions. Dual-rate coil springs offer a flexible design that supports factory load ratings while allowing for extended suspension travel, essential for rock crawling and rough terrain.
Installation & Fitment:
Installation of the Fabtech Crawler Coilover system requires welding of the supplied Track Bar brackets to the frame, making professional installation recommended for best results. Exhaust modification is necessary on all 2012–2018 Jeep Wranglers, requiring the Fabtech loop delete pipe (FTS94060). Additionally, four-door models from 2007–2011 and 2012–2018 require specific front and rear driveshafts (FTS94057 front and FTS94052 or FTS94059 rear, respectively) to accommodate the lift.
This system fits a wide range of Jeep Wrangler JK models, including Rubicon, Sahara, Sport, Sport S, X, and special editions such as the 70th and 75th Anniversary models. It supports tire sizes up to 40x13.50R17 with appropriate wheel offsets and trimming where necessary.
