Construction & Design:

The CORSA Pro-Series Tip Kit is crafted from premium stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. The black PVD coating is applied using an advanced physical vapor deposition process, which bonds the finish to the metal at a molecular level. This results in a finish that is not only visually striking but also highly resistant to wear from road debris, weather, and exhaust heat.

The tip’s tapered design features a 3.0-inch inlet that fits most factory and aftermarket exhaust pipes, expanding out to a 4.5-inch outlet that provides a bold, aggressive exhaust exit. The smooth, rolled edges and precision welds highlight CORSA’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Installation & Fitment:

Installation of the CORSA Pro-Series Tip Kit is straightforward and requires no welding or cutting. The universal 3.0-inch inlet diameter allows it to slip over most stock and aftermarket exhaust pipes. Included mounting hardware ensures a secure, rattle-free fit. This tip kit is designed specifically to fit Dodge Ram 1500 models from 2009 through 2023, including popular trims such as Laramie, SLT, Sport, Big Horn, Rebel, Outdoorsman, Tradesman, and Classic variants.

With its bolt-on design, installation can typically be completed in under an hour using basic hand tools, making it an ideal upgrade for both professional installers and DIY enthusiasts.
