Construction & Design:

Bilstein’s B12 coil springs are crafted from premium-grade steel alloys, engineered to withstand the rigors of daily driving and heavy-duty use. The springs undergo a rigorous manufacturing process that includes precise coil winding and heat treatment to ensure optimal strength and resilience. This results in a suspension component that resists sagging and maintains consistent ride height over time.

The design focuses on achieving the ideal spring rate to complement the Ram 2500’s front suspension geometry, providing a balanced combination of comfort and control. The springs are finished with a corrosion-resistant coating to protect against environmental elements, extending the life of the component and preserving its appearance.

Installation & Fitment:

The Bilstein B12 Front Coil Spring Set is a direct fit replacement for the front coil springs on Ram 2500 models from 2014 through 2024. Installation typically requires standard suspension tools and moderate mechanical knowledge. No major modifications are necessary, allowing for a straightforward upgrade that maintains factory suspension integrity.

For best results, it is recommended to have the springs installed by a professional technician and to perform a wheel alignment following installation to ensure proper handling and tire wear.
