Overview

The King Shocks 2.5 Dia Piggyback Reservoir Shock with Adjuster is a premium OEM performance upgrade designed specifically for Ram 2500 trucks equipped with 5.7L Hemi, 6.4L 392, and 6.7L Diesel engines from model years 2014 through 2025. Engineered to deliver superior ride quality and enhanced handling, this shock absorber is custom tuned to meet the demanding needs of Ram owners who require both comfort and performance in their heavy-duty trucks.

Each shock is rigorously tested under real-world conditions to develop an optimal damping curve that balances control, stability, and comfort. Construction & Design

King Shocks are built with precision-machined aluminum bodies that provide a lightweight yet robust structure capable of withstanding harsh environments. The piggyback reservoir increases the shock’s oil volume, which helps maintain consistent damping performance by reducing heat buildup during prolonged use. The internal valving is engineered to deliver a smooth and controlled response across a wide range of driving conditions, from highway cruising to off-road trails.

Each shock features premium seals and high-grade materials to prevent leaks and contamination, ensuring reliable operation over the life of the product. The external adjuster is ergonomically designed for easy access, allowing drivers to quickly dial in the perfect setting for their specific load or terrain.

Installation & Fitment

Installation of the King Shocks 2.5 Dia Piggyback Reservoir Shock is straightforward and designed for direct replacement of the factory rear shocks on Ram 2500 trucks from 2014 to 2025 with 5.7L Hemi, 6.4L 392, or 6.7L Diesel engines. No special tools or modifications are necessary, making it an ideal upgrade for enthusiasts and professionals alike.
