The COMP Cams Stage 2 HRT 220/230 Max Power Hydraulic Cam Kit is a high-performance upgrade for your vehicle engine with VVT. Designed to offer the best average torque and power of any camshaft under .600” lift tested on Gen IV cylinder heads, it’s ideal for performance street builds that want serious gains without going to extremes.

Operating best between 2500–6500 RPM, this cam still supports 7000+ RPM when paired with COMP’s #26918 valve springs, thanks to the use of Low Shock Technology (LST) lobe profiles. These advanced lobes reduce valve train stress and improve high-RPM stability—perfect for daily-driven cars, weekend warriors, or naturally aspirated performance builds.

This Cam Kit (CK-Kit) includes the camshaft, phaser limiter (for VVT compatibility), precision pushrods, Beehive™ valve springs, steel retainers, valve locks, spring seats, and valve seals. It provides all the essential hardware to install this cam with confidence and make up to 82 horsepower more—when paired with proper tuning and supporting mods.
