The Wehrli Fabricated Aluminum Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Cover is a precision-crafted upgrade designed to enhance the appearance of your Dodge Ram 2500 or 3500 diesel truck’s engine bay. Specifically engineered to fit 2006 through 2024 models equipped with 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins engines, this cover replaces the factory plastic reservoir with a sleek, durable aluminum alternative. Ideal for truck owners who want to clean up their engine compartment while adding a touch of custom style, this cover offers a bold Bengal Red powder-coated finish that stands out under the hood.
Whether you’re a daily driver, weekend warrior, or diesel enthusiast, this reservoir cover provides a refined look that complements other billet aluminum upgrades. Pair it with a matching WCFab billet aluminum brake reservoir cap for a fully coordinated and professional appearance.
Designed with both aesthetics and durability in mind, the Wehrli brake reservoir cover offers several key benefits:
This reservoir cover is expertly fabricated from premium-grade aluminum, chosen for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to rust and corrosion. The aluminum is CNC-machined and then powder coated in a striking Bengal Red finish, providing a durable surface that resists chipping, fading, and environmental damage. The design closely follows the contours of the original brake master cylinder reservoir, ensuring a seamless fit that enhances the engine bay’s overall appearance without compromising functionality.
The powder coating process not only adds vibrant color but also creates a tough protective layer that withstands heat and exposure under the hood. This combination of materials and finish ensures the cover will maintain its showroom-quality look for years to come.
Installation is straightforward and requires no permanent modifications to your truck. The cover is designed to fit directly over the existing OEM brake master cylinder reservoir on Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models from 2006 through 2024 with 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins diesel engines. It installs using the factory mounting points and hardware, allowing for a secure fit that can be easily removed if needed for maintenance or inspection.
Because it is a direct-fit replacement cover, no special tools or expertise are required, making it an ideal upgrade for DIY enthusiasts and professional installers alike.
This reservoir cover is perfect for Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 owners who want to improve the visual appeal of their engine bay without sacrificing durability or function. It is especially suited for:

ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival. The date shown is calculated using our Available-to-Promise (ATP) system, which tracks real-time supplier commitments to determine when a product is expected to be available for delivery. Specifically, the date is calculated by adding 9 business days from the date a supplier has committed to ship the product, representing a worst-case scenario for when we can expect to receive inventory.
Please note: The ETA is an estimate, not a guarantee. While we work closely with our suppliers to keep dates as accurate as possible, delays due to shipping carriers, weather, customs, or supplier-side issues may occasionally push the actual arrival beyond the date shown. Likewise, inventory may arrive sooner than the ETA in many cases. If you would like to be notified for when this item arrives, sign up for our back in stock notifications!
