Construction & Design:
The ICON 2.0 Series Rear Shock is crafted from premium-grade materials to ensure durability and high performance. The anodized 6063 aluminum body and reservoir tubing provide excellent heat dissipation, preventing shock fade during intense driving conditions while offering superior corrosion resistance for long-lasting use. The internal components, including the 6061 aluminum rod end and top cap, are engineered for strength and reliability under demanding off-road and street driving scenarios.
The monotube design, charged with nitrogen, maintains consistent damping characteristics by minimizing cavitation and heat buildup. The one-piece piston with vehicle-specific valving delivers a finely tuned balance of linear and digressive damping, enhancing both comfort and control. Additionally, the polyurethane bushings and zinc-plated sleeves ensure a secure, noise-free mounting that replicates factory fitment standards.
Installation & Fitment:
These shocks are designed for direct bolt-on installation on Jeep Wrangler JK models from 2007 through 2018, including various trims such as Rubicon, Sahara, Sport, and Unlimited versions. No modifications are required, and the included application-specific reservoir mounting hardware ensures a precise and secure fit. Installation can typically be completed with standard hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge, making it accessible for both professional installers and experienced enthusiasts.
What's Included:
- One ICON 2.0 Series Aluminum Rear Shock absorber with remote reservoir
- Application-specific reservoir mounting hardware
- Polyurethane bushings and zinc-plated sleeves installed
- Installation instructions

What does the Available to Promise date mean?
ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival. The date shown is calculated using our Available-to-Promise (ATP) system, which tracks real-time supplier commitments to determine when a product is expected to be available for delivery. Specifically, the date is calculated by adding 9 business days from the date a supplier has committed to ship the product, representing a worst-case scenario for when we can expect to receive inventory.
Please note: The ETA is an estimate, not a guarantee. While we work closely with our suppliers to keep dates as accurate as possible, delays due to shipping carriers, weather, customs, or supplier-side issues may occasionally push the actual arrival beyond the date shown. Likewise, inventory may arrive sooner than the ETA in many cases. If you would like to be notified for when this item arrives, sign up for our back in stock notifications!
