Unique One-Piece Sealed Housing
This system features a CAD-designed, roto-molded XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) housing that mounts directly into the factory headlamp cold air inlet. This ensures the coolest, densest air charge possible. A large sight window allows for easy filter inspection without dismantling the housing—perfect for routine maintenance checks.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube
A custom, computer-designed and dyno-tuned intake tube ensures a perfect fit while providing optimal airflow and power gains. Made from the same durable, heat-resistant XLPE material, it resists heat soak to maintain consistent performance.
Pro DRY S (Non-Oiled):-
Features a three-layer synthetic media that’s oil-free, washable, and reusable. Ideal for daily driving and convenience, it offers excellent filtration and long service intervals without requiring oil for cleaning.
Pro 5R (Oiled):-
Uses five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze, pre-oiled for maximum performance and airflow. Best suited for high-performance applications, this filter flows the most air and supports the greatest power gains.
FCA Multi-Air Unit Actuator Compatibility
For 2019–2020 models, this intake system includes provisions to easily reconnect the factory Multi-Air Unit Actuator (MUA) to maintain correct crankcase flow. All necessary clamps and hoses are included to prevent CELs and ensure compatibility with factory sensors.
Premium Installation Hardware
The kit includes stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a reinforced silicone bellows coupling for strength, durability, and a secure seal. With fewer parts and a precise fit, installation is quick and straightforward—no cutting or modification required.
