Fabtech Radius Arm Kit
2013–2018 Ram 3500
K3147DL
Overview:
The Fabtech 7-inch Radius Arm Kit is a premium suspension upgrade designed specifically for 2013 to 2018 Ram 3500 trucks. This kit delivers a significant improvement in ride quality over the factory suspension while maintaining the vehicle’s heavy load-carrying capabilities. Featuring Fabtech’s innovative coil spring suspension system with a straight spring design and patent-pending angled lower mounts, this kit offers a smoother, more controlled ride both on and off-road. It is ideal for Ram 3500 owners seeking enhanced suspension performance without sacrificing factory load ratings.
Engineered to replace the factory high-rate bowed coil springs, which tend to produce a stiff and reactive ride, Fabtech’s straight coil springs provide a lower spring rate for improved comfort. The system includes 2.25-inch DLSS shocks that complement the suspension geometry, ensuring better handling and control over rough terrain. This radius arm lift system raises the truck by 7 inches, allowing for larger tires and improved ground clearance.
Key Features:
This Fabtech Radius Arm Kit combines advanced engineering and durable components to enhance your Ram 3500’s suspension performance:
- 7-inch suspension lift for increased ground clearance and aggressive stance
- Straight coil spring design with patent-pending angled lower mounts for a smoother ride
- Includes 2.25-inch DLSS shocks optimized for improved damping and control
- Maintains factory load-carrying capacity despite lowered spring rate
- Compatible with tire sizes up to 38x13.50R22 with minor trimming
- Supports wheel sizes from 17x9 to 22x10 with 5-inch backspacing
- Exclusive coil spring suspension system not offered by other Ram suspension kits
- Designed for heavy-duty use on and off-road
- Does not fit vehicles equipped with factory air suspension
Construction & Design:
Fabtech’s Radius Arm Kit is built with high-quality materials engineered for durability and long-lasting performance. The coil springs utilize a straight design, which reduces spring rate and improves ride comfort without compromising load capacity. The patent-pending angled lower mounts optimize spring positioning to absorb road irregularities more effectively than the factory bowed springs.
The included 2.25-inch DLSS shocks are designed to work in harmony with the coil springs, providing superior damping characteristics that enhance vehicle stability and control. All components are precision-engineered to ensure proper fitment and alignment, preserving the factory suspension geometry and handling characteristics.
Installation & Fitment:
This radius arm lift system is designed for direct fitment on 2013 to 2018 Ram 3500 models, including Big Horn, Laramie, Laramie Limited (2014–2015), Laramie Longhorn, Limited (2016–2018), Lone Star (2013–2015, 2017), SLT, ST (2013), and Tradesman trims. Installation requires minor trimming to accommodate larger tires and wheels but does not require extensive modifications.
Note that this kit is not compatible with Ram 3500 trucks equipped with factory air suspension systems. Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper alignment and suspension performance.
What's Included:
- 7-inch radius arms
- Straight front coil springs with angled lower mounts
- 2.25-inch DLSS shocks

What does the Available to Promise date mean?
ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival. The date shown is calculated using our Available-to-Promise (ATP) system, which tracks real-time supplier commitments to determine when a product is expected to be available for delivery. Specifically, the date is calculated by adding 9 business days from the date a supplier has committed to ship the product, representing a worst-case scenario for when we can expect to receive inventory.
Please note: The ETA is an estimate, not a guarantee. While we work closely with our suppliers to keep dates as accurate as possible, delays due to shipping carriers, weather, customs, or supplier-side issues may occasionally push the actual arrival beyond the date shown. Likewise, inventory may arrive sooner than the ETA in many cases. If you would like to be notified for when this item arrives, sign up for our back in stock notifications!
