Construction & Design:
Fabtech’s upper control arms are constructed from high-strength tubular steel, replacing the factory plastic arms and light-duty ball joints. This robust design significantly improves suspension durability and reliability, especially under demanding off-road conditions. The large ball joints provide enhanced articulation and resistance to wear, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The front lift is achieved through a combination of a steel spacer mounted atop the factory coilover shock and a coil spring collar positioned below the coil spring. This dual-spacer design delivers a full 3-inch lift while preserving proper suspension travel and preventing binding. The rear suspension lift is accomplished with a coil spring spacer that maintains the vehicle’s factory stance and ride comfort.
Fabtech’s Stealth shocks feature a sealed monotube design with Nitrocarb-treated piston rods, offering excellent corrosion resistance and protection against rock chipping. These shocks provide a smooth highway ride while delivering effective damping for off-road terrain.
Installation & Fitment:
The Fabtech 3-inch UCA System is designed for straightforward installation using factory mounting points and hardware. Minor trimming of the front fender liners may be required to accommodate larger tires and wheels. This kit is compatible with 2019 to 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn, HFE, Laramie, Laramie Longhorn (2019–2020), Limited, Lone Star, Special Service (2021), and Tradesman models.
Note that this lift kit is not compatible with factory air suspension, Rebel models, or 2019 Ram 1500 Classic models. OEM wheels and tires cannot be used with this system due to clearance requirements.
