The J-Flex control arms are engineered from heavy-duty DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) steel tubing measuring 2 inches in diameter with a .250-inch wall thickness, providing a substantial upgrade over factory components. This construction ensures exceptional rigidity and resistance to bending or fatigue under extreme off-road conditions. The axle-side bushings utilize durometer-specific rubber to isolate NVH, enhancing ride comfort without sacrificing strength. The frame-side flex ends are forged for durability and feature a unique hex-shaped threaded bung, allowing precise length adjustments and accommodating suspension articulation with up to 30 degrees of flex. The entire assembly is finished in a tough gloss black powder coat to protect against corrosion and wear.
