      Kooks Long Tube Headers & Mid Pipes are engineered for maximum performance, sound, and durability for 5.7L HEMI-powered vehicles. Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, the headers are available in 1-7/8” or 2” primaries, including Signature Series stepped designs. TIG-welded and mandrel-bent, each primary features blended flanges, integrated venturi merge spikes, and O2 bungs for optimal exhaust scavenging, flow, and minimal turbulence.

      The system pairs with 3” mid-pipes, available as high-flow race catted or GREEN catted EPA-certified versions. Each kit includes all necessary hardware, O2 extensions, gaskets, and Stage 8 locking bolts for a complete bolt-on installation. The connection pipes feature OEM outlets for seamless integration with stock exhaust systems. This precision-engineered kit enhances horsepower, torque, throttle response, and produces a deep, aggressive exhaust tone. Not compatible with AWD vehicles.
