Construction & Design:

The halo rings utilize advanced Surface Mount Diode (SMD) technology, incorporating 3-Chip 5050 LEDs that deliver bright, consistent light output while maintaining energy efficiency. These LEDs are mounted on a robust six-layer printed circuit board engineered using computer-aided design (CAD) to ensure durability and resistance to pressure or bending. The PCB’s sturdy construction prevents damage during installation or operation, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Installation is simplified by the high-quality 3M adhesive tape pre-applied to the back of each halo ring, allowing for secure attachment inside the headlight housing without the need for additional hardware. The BC1 controller’s rugged, waterproof connectors and compact design further enhance reliability and ease of use in demanding automotive environments.

Installation & Fitment:

This halo kit is designed for direct fitment on a broad range of Dodge Ram and Ram ProMaster vehicles, including the 2009–2018 Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 series, 2011 Dakota, and 2014–2018 ProMaster models. Installation involves mounting the halo rings inside the existing headlight housings using the supplied adhesive backing, followed by wiring the BC1 Bluetooth controller to your vehicle’s power and ground.

The included controller connects wirelessly to your smartphone via a free app, enabling intuitive control without complicated switches or remotes.
