Construction & Design

These inner fender liners are crafted from premium 1/16-inch aluminum, chosen for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. The aluminum panels are CNC laser cut to exact specifications, ensuring consistent quality and a precise fit for each compatible Jeep model. The panels are then carefully bent to match the contours of the inner fender area, providing seamless integration with your vehicle’s existing bodywork.

The black powder-coated finish not only adds a sleek, matte appearance but also protects the aluminum from rust and environmental damage, extending the lifespan of the liners even in the toughest off-road conditions. Integrated splash shields are engineered to offer comprehensive coverage, preventing mud, water, and debris from reaching critical engine components.

Installation & Fitment

Installation is straightforward and user-friendly, designed to utilize the Jeep’s factory mounting locations without the need for drilling or permanent modifications. This ensures a secure fit while preserving the integrity of your vehicle’s body. The liners are compatible with 2018 through 2026 Jeep Wrangler JL models equipped with 2.0L Turbo, 3.6L V6, and 6.4L 392 engines, as well as 2020 through 2025 Jeep Gladiator models with 3.6L V6 and 3.0L EcoDiesel engines.

They are also designed to work seamlessly with trimmed original equipment flares and most aftermarket fender options, providing the extra clearance necessary for larger tires and aggressive off-road setups.
