Construction & Design

Tuff Country rear axle u-bolts are manufactured from high-strength steel to provide the necessary clamping force and durability for lifted suspension setups. The zinc plating process adds a protective layer that resists rust and corrosion, extending the lifespan of the components even in harsh weather or off-road environments. Each u-bolt is engineered to exact specifications to fit the 3.5-inch axle tube diameter and accommodate 2-inch lift blocks, ensuring a precise and secure fit without compromising suspension performance.

Installation & Fitment

Installation is straightforward and designed to integrate seamlessly with existing suspension lift kits on Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks. The kit includes all necessary hardware—four u-bolts, nuts, and washers—allowing for a complete replacement or upgrade of your rear axle clamps. No special tools or modifications are required, making it suitable for professional mechanics and experienced DIY enthusiasts alike.
