• Improves suspension articulation and reduces unwanted movement
• Maintains proper wheel alignment under heavy loads and rough terrain
• Enhances ride quality by minimizing suspension noise and vibration
• Compatible with Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, 3500, and Dakota models from 1994 to 2001
• Long-lasting performance in both on-road and off-road applications
• Resistant to oil, grease, and environmental contaminants

Construction & Design

These control arm sleeves are crafted from high-quality polyurethane, a material known for its superior strength and flexibility compared to traditional rubber bushings. Polyurethane offers excellent resistance to wear, chemicals, and temperature extremes, ensuring that the sleeves maintain their shape and function over time. The sleeves are engineered to fit precisely within the upper and lower control arms of the specified Dodge Ram and Dakota models, providing a secure and stable connection that supports suspension geometry and alignment.

The robust design minimizes deflection and movement within the control arm assembly, which helps to preserve handling characteristics and reduces premature component wear. This attention to detail in material selection and manufacturing results in a product that withstands the rigors of lifted suspension systems and off-road driving.

Installation & Fitment

Installation of the Tuff Country Upper & Lower Control Arm Sleeves is straightforward for anyone familiar with suspension work. These sleeves are designed as direct replacements for the original control arm bushings included with Tuff Country lift kits, requiring no modifications or special tools beyond standard suspension service equipment. Proper installation ensures that your suspension maintains correct alignment and articulation, which is critical for vehicle safety and performance.

Fitment is specifically engineered for Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, 3500, and Dakota models manufactured between 1994 and 2001. Always verify vehicle compatibility before installation to ensure optimal performance and fit.
